Kevin G. Cain

Mr. Cain works on a wide variety of cases including business litigation, first-party and third-party insurance defense, administrative law, legal malpractice and an appellate practice. He specializes in legal research and writing including complex motion practice, jury charge issues, and appellate and mandamus work. Mr. Cain has extensive practice in multi-district litigation, including successfully creating two of the largest MDLs in Texas history. Mr. Cain is a product of the distinguished Advocacy Program at South Texas College of Law, where he won multiple national and state championships and many speaking and brief-writing awards. Mr. Cain is a former Briefing Attorney of The First Court of Appeals. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at South Texas College of Law and coached multiple national and state teams to championships.
