Overview
Erik H. Suh joined Martin, Disiere, Jefferson & Wisdom in February 2026. He brings a strong background in criminal law and litigation, having previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In addition to prosecuting a broad range of criminal matters, Erik has experience working at a personal injury law firm, where he collaborated with Plaintiff-side attorneys and gained valuable perspective on civil litigation.
Erik’s litigation skills are further honed through his experience with two Federal District Judges, a Delaware Superior Court Judge, and a Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Through these roles, he developed experience across a wide range of legal areas, including personal injury, employment law, Social Security disability claims, mass tort litigation, and Delaware-specific corporate law.
Erik was born and raised in Houston. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Outside the office, he can often be found golfing, traveling, or cooking.
