Ryan K. Geddie
Ryan K. Geddie is a Texas trial lawyer that has represented numerous individual and corporate clients over a broad spectrum of matters in civil litigation. He actively represents individual and corporate clients in federal and state court, arbitration proceedings, and before administrative agencies. He has tried more than 30 jury trials and has developed concentration areas in commercial disputes, transportation, railroad law, serious personal injury (including products and premises liability), employment litigation, construction defect litigation, insurance coverage disputes (including duty to defend and bad faith actions), breach of employment, agreements and contracts, and numerous business tort actions. Mr. Geddie also has experience conducting risk analysis and best practices for corporate clients and the investigation of accidents involving serious injury or death. Prior to law school, he worked as an institutional broker for one of the nation’s largest money managers and previously held Series 6, 7 and 63 securities licenses. Mr. Geddie utilizes his prior business experience to assist clients with the handling and evaluation of litigation from a bottom-line perspective.
