Brad A. Allen
Brad Allen brings an in-house perspective to creating strategies, building teams, and leading trial lawyers to proactively manage litigation dockets, try cases, and manage risk for corporations. Brad improves processes using Six Sigma principles while also building organizational health.
For over seven years, Brad managed the Texas Staff Counsel Operations for a Fortune 100 company. Brad built a team that reduced fees, cycle time, and expenses through increasing efficiency and improving processes. During Brad’s tenure as Managing Trial Attorney, the Texas operations tripled in size and quadrupled cases handled including property, auto (1st & 3rd party) and minor prove-up claims.
For the same Fortune 100 company, Brad was part of the team that managed a national docket of extra-contractual litigation involving property, auto, and class action cases. For nearly six years, Brad created strategies and managed complex dockets and projects that included:
• Hurricane Ike
• Defective Drywall
• Special Investigative Unit (SIU)
• Corporate Representative Preparation & Presentation
• Chief Legal Office Intern Program
• Veteran Pro Bono Program
• Government & Industry Relations Liaison
