Overview

We are routinely hired to write amicus curiae (“friend of the court”) briefs. An amicus curiae brief is submitted on behalf of an entity that is not a party to the lawsuit, but has a strong interest in the subject matter. There is an art to writing amicus curiae briefs, and the author must be able to reach expert level on the issues within a limited time. We have submitted persuasive amicus curiae briefs to courts in numerous states on a vast array of subjects.
