ETS Stayed

Newsbrief

Dear Friends,

Last Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral argument as to whether OSHA’s ETS on the vaccine or testing mandate should be stayed.  Moments ago, the Supreme Court stayed the ETS.

So, employers are not required to comply with the ETS for the time being.  That means you do not have to require masking in your office for unvaccinated workers.  It also means you do not have to require your employees to be vaccinated, and if they are not fully vaccinated, to undergo weekly testing.

Stay safe and let us know if we can help.
