Overview
Toby Gammill joined Martin Disiere Jefferson & Wisdom in March 2026 with an insurance and commercial defense background representing clients in personal injury litigation (products and premises liability), Toby has worked on a variety of cases, including trucking and transportation litigation, as well as defending clients, such as apartment complexes, hotels, and restaurants, in premises liability claims, first party bad faith claims, fire losses, construction defect claims, wrongful death claims, wills and estates, professional liability, medical malpractice, municipal liability, and family law.
Toby was born and raised in Greenwood, Mississippi in the heart of the Mississippi Delta. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as attending live music events, sporting events, and cooking gourmet meals.
