Ms. Dunten’s practice at Martin, Disiere, Jefferson & Wisdom, L.L.P. includes a wide range of coverage and bad faith matters both prior to and during insurance litigation. She has 20 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation and her areas of expertise include coverage analysis and insurance litigation arising out of auto, homeowners, and commercial property polices as well as CGL policies. Ms. Dunten regularly provides coverage analysis to insurers regarding their Texas claims involving a variety of policy lines and including complex inter-carrier disputes and additional insured issues as well as advice regarding first-party claims-handling under Texas law.
