Overview

Allison Vann knows her way around a courtroom. Whether you have a complex business dispute in federal court or a small claim in Justice of the Peace Court, Ms. Vann can handle it. She has tried a wide range of cases including mortgage fraud, personal injury, trucking accidents, premises liability, and consumer rights. She joins the Firm after successfully opening and managing the Austin and San Antonio house-counsel office for a large insurance company. Prior to that Ms. Vann vexed personal injury attorneys in and around Atlanta, Georgia as a senior staff attorney for the same insurance company. Currently her practice focuses mainly on defending various third-party claims including trucking and auto accidents, dram shop, wrongful death, premises liability, construction site injury, construction defect, and mold remediation. 

Ms. Vann also knows her way around a boardroom. She served for many years on the board of the International Women’s House, a shelter serving immigrant and refugee women and children. She participated in succession planning, served as the fundraising chair for two years, and finally as the board president.
