Zach Lucio
Zach M. Lucio is an Associate Attorney in the Dallas office of MDJW, where he handles insurance coverage litigation, construction defect litigation, trucking litigation, and premise liability disputes. Mr. Lucio also attained experience appealing issues in Texas appellate courts during law school and prevailed on multiple occasions.
Mr. Lucio graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he was published by the Oklahoma City University Law Review and where he founded, and subsequently presided over, the Antitrust & Competition Law Society. Mr. Lucio also relished an opportunity during law school to clerk for the Honorable Justice Dustin P. Rowe at the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, where Mr. Lucio, on one occasion, effectively persuaded a majority of the Court to adopt his legal position on an issue in a case, which resulted in a
changed outcome.
Mr. Lucio is married to his high school sweetheart, Tina Lucio. Together they have two dachshunds. They live in Addison, Texas and have membership placed at Frisco Church of Christ
