Overview

Nikki Lapine is an associate attorney who primarily focuses her practice on third-party insurance defense litigation as well as first-party insurance coverage disputes. Nikki also has experience in commercial property tax law and litigation. Prior to attending law school, Nikki obtained her insurance license and worked for State Farm agents in Texas and Ohio.

Nikki attended The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in business. Nikki then received her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas where she graduated cum laude in 2018. While in law school Nikki was a judicial intern for the Honorable Rebeca A. Huddle at the First District Court of Appeals of Texas and a general counsel intern for the Harris County Attorney’s Office. Additionally, during law school Nikki was the President of the Jewish Law Students Association. After graduating from South Texas College of Law, Nikki stayed on as part-time staff in the office of academic success and professional achievement, coaching and tutoring 3Ls and recent graduates in preparation for the Texas Bar Exam.

When Nikki is not zealously defending her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, hiking, and being around her family and friends.
