Hilary R. Kustoff

Hilary R. Kustoff is an Associate Attorney who practices in the areas of civil litigation and insurance litigation. Ms. Kustoff attended George Washington University as a member of the Women’s Division I Tennis Team (Atlantic 10 Conference) and graduated summa cum laude with a BA in International Affairs. In the top one percent of her class, she received early induction into Phi Beta Kappa as a junior. Ms. Kustoff attended the University of Alabama
School of Law, where she excelled in both written and oral advocacy, winning the Walter P. Gewin Best Brief Award and advancing to the Campbell Moot Court Competition quarterfinal rounds. While at Alabama, she served as a class representative of the Student Bar Association and was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team.  Before joining MDJW, Ms. Kustoff gained invaluable litigation experience as
an Assistant District Attorney in the family violence division and as a family law practitioner representing fathers in child custody disputes. Most recently, as an insurance defense associate, she assisted insurance companies to minimize risk exposure for clients in automobile litigation matters.
