Mr. Johnston is an attorney focusing on litigation and trial matters involving insurance, tort, real estate, construction, deceptive trade practices-consumer protection act (DTPA), commercial litigation, and other claims facing insurers in Texas. Mr. Johnston’s representative experience also includes probate and fiduciary litigation.
Mr. Johnston and the firm represent an array of professionals connected to the real estate industry including real estate brokers, real estate agents, home inspectors as well as other industry professionals. Representative matters include administrative proceedings in front of the Texas Real Estate Commission. Mr. Johnston and the firm use their vast DTPA experience to defend and counsel real estate professionals throughout Texas. Mr. Johnston is also a member of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section (REPTL) of the State Bar of Texas.
