COVID-19 SURVEY

MDJW is conducting a national survey of various attitudes about potential claims generated by the COVID-19 virus.  We need as many people as possible to take the survey and working for the insurance industry or a law firm does not disqualify anyone.  We will publish several articles over the next few months addressing the multitude of issues raised by our survey.  We ask our readers to please forward the survey link to family and friends as we need as much demographic and geographic diversity as possible.  The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.  The survey can be taken at: https://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/5584567/MAY2020COMsurvey
