Kevin G. Cain

Mr. Cain works on a wide variety of cases including business litigation, firstparty insurance defense, and an appellate practice. He specializes in legal research and writing including extensive motion practice, jury charge issues, and appellate and mandamus work. Mr. Cain is a product of the distinguished Advocacy Program at South Texas College of Law, where he won multiple national and state championships and many speaking and brief-writing awards.  Mr. Cain is a former Briefing Attorney of The First Court of Appeals. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at South Texas College of Law and coached multiple national and state teams to championships.
