Overview

Justin Studdard began his legal career in 2012 practicing personal injury and business tort litigation. He represented plaintiffs injured in or by auto accidents, slip and falls, defective products, and foreign objects in food. He represented plaintiffs and defendants in business disputes involving claims for breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty. As co-counsel, Mr. Studdard tried cases in these practice areas and obtained favorable judgments for his clients.  Mr. Studdard’s practice at Martin, Disiere, Jefferson & Wisdom, L.L.P. includes personal injury defense litigation and construction defect defense litigation.
