Gary Pate

Gary Pate is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer with expertise in complex commercial litigation, international law, construction defect litigation, insurance coverage, maritime litigation, intellectual property litigation, and third-party insurance defense. Mr. Pate also represents Realtors and brokers in litigation and administrative proceedings before the Texas Real Estate Commission and has published articles in Texas Realtor Magazine. Mr. Pate is the “go-to” lawyer for several large real estate brokerages for trouble-shooting problematic transactions.  Mr. Pate is general counsel to the largest family owned chain of pharmacies in the State of Texas. He has been named to “Rising Stars List” by Texas Monthly Magazine for the years 2007 and 2008. He is married and has five children.
