Overview
Alan Moore is a trial lawyer with over 30 years of experience in handling complex civil litigation. Alan currently handles personal injury litigation in the areas of trucking accidents, product liability, wrongful death, toxic tort and mass tort litigation. Alan also defends real estate professionals in litigation throughout the State of Texas. Alan has also directed the defense of asbestos litigation on behalf of equipment manufacturers. In addition to third-party defense, Alan represents insurance carriers in first-party cases in insurance coverage and extra-contractual litigation.
Alan is married to Suzanne Moore and they have three children. He and his family are active in church and community activities. Alan also enjoys golf, reading and travel.
