State and Federal Appeals

Our appellate section, headed by Levon Hovnatanian, brings a history of success and a wealth of skills to every appellate project. MDJW appellate lawyers assist trial counsel by preserving error, preparing and arguing the jury charge, and preparing and responding to post-verdict motions. They handle petitions for writs of mandamus, interlocutory appeals, and appeals from final judgments. They write and respond to petitions for review and submit amicus curiae briefs.
