Ms. Toman is a trial lawyer who has handled a diverse range of cases including discrimination and covenant not to compete litigation, personal injury and wrongful death litigation, commercial litigation and insurance litigation. She specializes in the defense of coverage disputes and bad faith litigation arising out of both property and liability coverages. She has extensive experience in defending insurance lawsuits in Texas and Louisiana, with particular expertise in claims arising out of hurricanes and other natural disasters.
