Ms. Perez is an attorney with extensive experience in the defense of civil lawsuits. Her practice focuses on the evaluation and resolution of insurance matters involving coverage disputes, claims handling, settlement negotiations, and third-party tort matters. She has represented clients involved in complex coverage disputes, subrogation matters, employment and labor matters, personal injury claims, premises liability, medical malpractice, commercial contract claims as well as other civil litigation. Ms. Perez has prepared and/or argued numerous motions for summary judgment which resulted in a pre-trial defense ruling. These motions involved claims for premises liability, malicious prosecution, strict liability, and general negligence.
