Mr. Henninger is a civil litigation attorney with significant experience representing clients across Texas in state and federal courts. His areas of expertise include the representation of local governmental entities such as counties, cities and school districts in a wide variety of matters including personal injury, civil rights, First Amendment issues and fair housing. He is also involved in employment law, premises liability litigation, commercial litigation, construction litigation and general liability litigation.

Mr. Henninger and his wife have two daughters. They are members of Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church in Dallas, Texas where Stephen serves as a deacon and a Stephen Minister. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Exodus Ministries, Inc., a non-profit after-care organization that reunites recently released inmates with their families and helps them reintegrate into society.
