Mr. Griffith is the head of the firm’s Dallas office and a trial attorney representing corporations and individuals in their commercial disputes, insurance companies in first-party coverage and bad faith lawsuits, and insured’s in complex tort litigation. His practice is broad-based and diverse. Mr. Griffith represents insurance carriers in first-party cases primarily in the commercial property, personal and business auto, general liability and homeowners context, as well as in subrogation cases. He has extensive experience defending corporate insureds in personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, construction, toxic tort, and consumer fraud cases. Mr. Griffith has also represented large and small companies in contract and employment disputes and debt collection efforts.
