Mr. Farrell is the head of the firm’s Austin office and a trial attorney representing corporations in their commercial disputes, insurance companies in first-party lawsuits, and insureds in complex tort litigation. Mr. Farrell represents insurance carriers in first-party cases primarily in the property and casualty insurance context, as well as in subrogation. He has extensive experience defending corporate insureds in personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, construction, toxic tort, and consumer fraud cases.
