Mr. Allen is a trial attorney who specializes in the evaluation and handling of insurance matters and disputes involving questions of coverage, claims handling, legal exposure, inter-insurer disputes, and other legal issues of interest to insurers conducting business in Texas. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Allen also counsels clients on health law and employment contracts including their non-competition and confidentiality clauses. He also provides corporate assistance such as forming business organizations and contract drafting and negotiation.
