Mr. Moore is a trial lawyer with 19 years experience in handling complex civil litigation. He currently handles toxic tort, mass tort, product liability, wrongful death and personal injury litigation. He has also directed the defense of asbestos litigation throughout the State of Texas on behalf of equipment manufacturers. Mr. Moore further represents corporate defendants in complex chemical exposure litigation throughout the State. In addition to third-party defense, he has represented insurance carriers in first-party cases in insurance coverage and extra-contractual liability litigation.
